Statement

I am inspired by landscapes, seascapes, and the natural world in general. I walk in the same landscape every day with a sense of wonder and enjoy the familiarity and changes I see, however small. I observe and draw landscapes that resonate with me, transforming these quick studies into charcoal drawings and paintings that express colour, feeling and form.


Paintings are acrylic on canvas; drawings are charcoal on paper.
